I love yogurt. I normally try to enjoy it for breakfast, however, there have been many occasions when I just don’t seem to finish the entire container. Sound familiar?
Well, instead of having yogurt for breakfast why not enjoy it for dessert too? This layer of berries and yogurt is easy enough to prepare while making dinner. It is layered similarly to a trifle, except we’ve omitted the cake.
I think you’ll find the honey coating and drizzle perfectly balance the plain yogurt. You might love it as much as I do that you’ll want it for breakfast, too! It’s a great addition to weekend brunches.

Thanks for the recent comment! I have been known to sneak yogurt in on The Hubs for dessert without his knowledge! 🙂
